Discount Tire

My mom was visiting out of town and it was close to closing time. I called to book as I was not able to book online and Alejandro right away came and explained the situation, my mom speaks only spanish and he was so attentive and made her feel very comfortable with his findings. He got us to switch tires right away and then had us come back in the morning for the wheel alignment. Great service and very fast! I definitely love service!

My experience today if rated 1-10 would be an absolute “10”. Why you ask. Because of Alejandro Garza the store manager at this location. He is very professional, he greets everyone and makes sure to address everyone individually by saying exactly who he’s taking care of first. He’s a multi tasker and definite salesman using every opportunity to up sale. He even told me about the discount credit card. I bought 3 new tires for my car and he made my experience effortless and my car was ready in minutes. Great team work at this location and keep up the great work Alejandro Garza. You deserve recognition and a raise.

I usually get my tires from this location & this past Tuesday I went to get my tire rotated & balanced for an upcoming roadtrip. All the employees were so friendly & helpful. As I was waiting a Caucasian gentleman came in & I didn’t notice him till he started raising his voice and started cussing at an employee. The employee kept his composure & was very calm. I’m not sure what the situation was but all the employees handled it well.

I bought a set of tires from this location, very impressive customer service. I met one of the manager, Matthew, he's got a great attitude and very knowledgeable of tires I noticed all his guys were treating their customers with respect and friendly attitudes. I bought 4 tires for less than 800 dollars. Excellent deal

This place is great, reasonably priced, and go above and beyond for the customer! I went in for a simple air check and they were able to find a near bald tire, sold me a BRAND NEW one for $99, and even gave a courtesy check on all my lights and fluids for free! Turns out I needed a new taillight and reverse lights! Would’ve never have known if they hadn’t told me! 100% recommend this place for anyone needing new tires and checks on their vehicle, you won’t be disappointed!
